Terms of use

Welcome to zeeform. Using the site, the platform, the applications, the AI engines and any tool offered under zeeform, reached among other routes via zeeform.co.il and app.zeeform.co.il, constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms.

Please read this document carefully before opening an account, uploading documents or using the services. It is a binding legal agreement between the company and you, or between the company and the legal entity you represent.

Our privacy policy is incorporated into these terms by reference and forms an inseparable part of them.

This is an English rendering provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding text; in any conflict, the Hebrew governs.

1. Definitions

"User" / "Organisation" / "Customer", any business customer, employer, agent, firm or legal entity opening a subscription account and running form, document and signature processes through the platform.

"Signer" / "End User", the end customer, employee, insured party or third party who receives a digital link by SMS, email or another channel and completes, submits or signs the form.

"Customer Data", any data, PDF file, designed form, electronic signature, metadata, financial, employment or personal information uploaded, managed, processed or produced by the user or on their behalf through the platform.

"Services", the site, the form management systems, the document editor, the AI engines, the process modules, the generation, storage and signature mechanisms, and the accompanying tools.

2. Eligibility, accounts and licence

Legal capacity. The services are intended for users aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, with full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Acting on behalf of a corporation, you confirm you have full authority to bind it.

Limited licence. Subject to compliance with these terms and payment of subscription fees, the company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the services for your internal business purposes only.

Restrictions. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code, AI algorithms or trade secrets of the platform; upload or transmit unlawful, offensive, fraudulent or infringing content, spam, viruses or malicious code; or attempt to circumvent security, disrupt availability, overload the servers or access other users' accounts without authorisation.

3. Intellectual property and data ownership

Company property. All intellectual property, patents, trademarks, processing algorithms, interface design, logic and source code of zeeform are the exclusive property of the company. Nothing in these terms grants any right beyond the limited licence set out above.

Your data remains yours. Original documents, business logic, customised forms and data collected from signers remain the full property of the user.

Operational licence. The user grants the company a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, analyse and display customer data for the purpose of providing, operating, securing and quality-checking the services. Use of data to improve, develop or train algorithms and AI engines is limited to anonymous or aggregated data that cannot identify a person or an organisation.

4. Account administration

Account administrator. The customer registered at account opening is the primary account holder. The company is entitled to rely solely on instructions from the paying party or the authorised account administrator, including requests to change settings, export data or close the account.

Internal disputes. The company is not party to disputes or conflicting instructions within a customer's organisation, between partners, employees or former managers, and bears no liability for damage arising from them.

5. Payments, subscriptions and the Free plan

The Free plan. The company offers a Free plan with no time limit, subject to the plan's usage limits as published on the pricing page and updated from time to time. The Free plan is limited to one account per entity.

Paid plans. Use of paid plans is subject to payment according to the plan selected, monthly or annual, and the company's current price list. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Non-payment entitles the company to suspend the paid plan.

End of a paid plan. If a paid plan ends and is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan's limits and an email notice is sent. Processes already sent stay open; creating new processes beyond the Free plan's limits is blocked.

6. Warranties and limitation of liability

As is. The services are provided "as is" and "as available". The company does not warrant that the service will be free of interruption, error or downtime.

No legal or regulatory advice. The platform is technological infrastructure only. Sole responsibility for the content of forms, their compliance with law, financial regulation and employment law, and for relationships with third parties, rests with the user. The company provides a technical evidentiary record (audit trail) but is not responsible for the specific legal admissibility of any document.

Electronic signature levels. The Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001, distinguishes ordinary, secure and certified signatures. zeeform provides means at the secure level. A certified signature requires a certificate from a licensed Certification Authority and is not currently supported by the platform.

Limitation. The company, its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, loss of profit, reputational harm or loss of data, including damage originating in external cloud infrastructure or third-party providers.

Liability cap. The company's total monetary liability to the user on any cause of action shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to the company in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination, export and deletion

Backup and export. It is the user's responsibility to independently export all forms, signed documents, signer data and audit reports before termination.

90-day retention. On cancellation or termination for any reason the account is suspended. The company retains data, signed documents and databases for up to 90 days from cancellation, to allow the user to meet document retention obligations or to reinstate the subscription.

Permanent deletion. At the end of that period the company permanently deletes all data and files from its systems and backups, with no ability to restore.

8. Publicity and marketing

Use of customer name. The company may use the organisation's trade name and logo as part of its customer list, in marketing materials and on the site, only after receiving the customer's prior written approval.

Marketing communication. Essential service messages, term changes, password resets, billing alerts, are always sent. Marketing communication is subject to consent, with a quick opt-out in every message.

9. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

Changes. The company may update these terms from time to time. Notice of a material change will be emailed and published on the site 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent court in the Haifa District.
